Storage Store each piece of jewellery separately in a soft-lined box or pouch to prevent scratches, tangling, or damage.
Insurance We strongly recommend insuring your jewellery and gemstones through a third party. While our warranty covers manufacturing defects, it does not cover theft, accidental loss, or damage due to unforeseen circumstances.

To make a warranty claim:
Assessment Process Upon receiving your jewellery, we will conduct a thorough, free inspection to determine if the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect. If the issue is not covered, we will provide a detailed repair quote for your approval. Repairs will only proceed once the quote is approved. If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the jewellery free of charge and refund your postage fees.
Important: Repairs or services performed by any jeweller other than Carmen & Lucy Fine Jewellery will void the warranty.
