1. Let it SoakStart by filling a bowl with warm water and a small amount of liquid dish soap. Let your ring soak in the mixture for a few minutes.
2. Gently CleanUse a soft toothbrush to carefully brush away any residue, paying special attention to the underside and setting where dirt tends to collect.Note: If the setting feels loose, avoid scrubbing and soak gently instead. You’re always welcome to bring it in for a professional check.
3. RinseOnce clean, rinse your ring thoroughly under warm running water. Let it air dry or pat gently with a lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or abrasives—they can damage both the stone and the metal.
When you’re not wearing your ring, it’s important to keep it somewhere safe—and easy to remember.
Store it separately to avoid scratching, particularly if you have other diamond jewellery, as diamonds can scratch each other. Metal is even more susceptible to scuffing. We recommend using a fabric-lined jewellery box or your original Carmen & Lucy ring box to keep it protected.
