Returns & Refunds

At Carmen & Lucy Fine Jewellery, each piece is crafted with care and precision. Because many of our items are made-to-order or customised, we kindly ask that you review the following before making a purchase.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on:

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Bespoke orders

  • Resized jewellery

  • Customised tennis bracelets (including changes to length, diamond size, or stone shape)

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Loose Gemstones

We offer a 7-day return period for all loose gemstones, allowing you time to inspect the stone in person. To be eligible for return:

  • The item must be returned by the original purchaser listed on the invoice

  • Item must be in original, unworn condition with no alterations

  • All accompanying documentation, including gemmological reports, must be included

  • Return must be made via insured express courier

Please contact us before returning your item to receive instructions. Shipping fees are non-refundable and must be covered by the buyer.

Faults & Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you believe your piece is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We offer a lifetime manufacturing warranty covering defects in craftsmanship and materials. This does not extend to wear and tear, accidental damage, or work performed by other jewellers.

Repairs outside of warranty may be available for a fee.

Shipping for Returns

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty. Please contact us for postage instructions.
